Critical:ProfessionalismI have been going here for years. I’ve noticed times when they have been in ‘bad’ moods but I never thought it was racial. Yesterday for Thanksgiving I went in and the stylist really burnt the back of my hair. She didn’t even tell me and I didn’t notice until I got home!!! I am so disappointed. She could of at least mentioned it. You know who I am, you should call and apologize. We could have at least cut the damage part and started over, anyone can make a mistake but that was just unprofessional!! I have been going here for years. I’ve noticed times when they have been in ‘bad’ moods but I never thought it was racial. Yesterday for Thanksgiving I went in and the stylist really burnt the back of my hair. She didn’t even tell me and I didn’t notice until I got home!!! I am so disappointed. All hair stylist are wonderful! I changed my hair color to a red mahogany. My hair was extremely damaged at the ends, they were able to fix it up in in less then 2 months! Perfect for all hair types (talking from a curly head) even my natural hair has changed from damaged curles to beautiful enhanced curls. I definitely recommend!

Best dominican salon in Woodbridge, VA. They are professionally trained and the products they use are superb. No cheapproducts, each of the stylists take time with you and there is no rush in your hair processing for the next client to sit on the chair. Judith is great and very knowledgeable.

Fellow Business Owner here who knows what customer service is, so much that I’m on TV every few months. Trust the BAD REVIEWS reviews that you see, they are accurate! If you are Black DON’T go here, completely racist, rude and unprofessional (as if this isn’t my country). The few good reviews are not coming from us. If you think I’m lying look at how much alike the bad reviews are bc my experience was very similar to what others wrote

Don’t waste your time or energy going to Amy’s! Judith is very rude and unprofessional! People that have coiled or kinky hair are mistreated. Judith has an attitude and needs to learn how to talk to customers and especially those that are minors. I will not be returning. Instead we are taking our business too Sonia’s Hair salon right across from Amy’s.

Worst Dominican salon I have ever been to & I have been going to domincans for at least 10 years. They were very rude and they tried to tell me that I needed a deep condition, that was an extra $25, or else I could not get my hair done. Save your time & money and go somewhere else.Hairstyling

Judith is THE BEST! Love my hair cut, took less than an hour, and was reasonably priced especially for how great the service was. Judith gave the best head massage which came with the hair cut plus took my direction on how I wanted it cut, taking time to execute it perfectly to my liking! I definitely will be coming back!

The process isn’t worth the results. I’ve taken my daughter to this salon several times over the years and today I decided not to continue to pay my hard earned money at this salon. The stylists are rude and condescending. They make racist remarks about black women’s hair and disregard your concerns. Your hair will look fabulous at the end of the process but I’m no longer paying anyone to be rude to me. Too many other options out there.

This place is way too expensive. The price to dye your hair is ridiculously high! They need to slow down on the price. My wife did her hair and covered few white hair (dye it) they charged her $225.00
